1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SmartX Accounting's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
SmartX Accounting provides outsourced accounting services including bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll processing, secretarial services, tax returns, and year-end accounts preparation. The specific services provided will be outlined in your engagement letter.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Notify us of any changes to your business circumstances
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your express consent. All team members sign NDAs and are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services will be agreed upon before work commences and outlined in your engagement letter. Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy in all our work, we are not liable for losses arising from errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients, or for consequential losses arising from our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all necessary documentation and assist with the transition to another service provider.
